Joining them an Apprenticeship Tutor, you will teach and assess learners on structured Apprenticeship Provision, providing them with the necessary skills, motivation and knowledge to progress their career within Horticulture.
Delivering and promoting a range of Apprenticeships in line with their Funding Agency contractual targets, you will effectively manage a caseload of learners for a large employer, assessing and coaching individually or within a group whilst conforming to current Awarding Organisation, national occupation standards and guidelines. You will motivate and support learners to achieve their Apprenticeship, coupled with identifying and encouraging further employees to undertake these qualifications / assessments, matching their needs to the most appropriate qualification for their role.
To be successful in this role, candidates will hold a Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (TAQA) A1 or D32/33 awards, with a PGCE / Cert in Education / PTTLS or equivalent. Qualified to a minimum Level 3 in Horticulture, you will have proven experience of teaching Horticulture Qualifications Apprenticeship Framework, specifically within work settings to include Functional Skills in English and Maths.
