Company Trainer Role:

Our Trainer will be responsible for enabling staff to fulfil their full potential through provision of appropriate training solutions that inspire and motivate, whilst also delivering the business needs. Responsibilities will include technical and non-technical training across the organisation and provision of central training activities and administration.

Company Trainer Responsibilities Include:

• Take ownership for all technical and non-technical training, training materials and record keeping
• Carry out training needs analysis; identify appropriate training solutions and ensure delivery either directly, in-house or by external providers
• Design and deliver all training, including soft skills training as appropriate
• Respond to training needs relating to any new regulations, legislation and initiatives
• Seek feedback and evaluate all training activities to ensure that organisational needs are met and exceeded
• Work with the Training Manager to ensure that the training is intrinsically linked to processes, standards, quality and documentation
• Ensure that organisational training plans are appropriate and aligned to the plans of the business
• Keep up to date with developments in training and utilise networks to ensure that the organisation is up to date with the latest developments
• Liaise with the business to ensure that training is up to date and in line with systems and process changes

As a Company Trainer you will need:

• Demonstrable experience of designing and delivering training
• Significant knowledge of training and development principles and concepts
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience of developing and delivering technical training, soft skills courses and objection handling courses, amongst others.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Strong written and report writing skills
• Engaging presentation and facilitation skills
• Knowledge of e-learning would be beneficial
