Our client requires a Project Manager to manage a significant transformation programme to create a new business operation to implement new infrastructure, flexible accommodation and future service delivery models for both customers and staff. This post will support the delivery of a refurbishment programme that it meets the needs of our staff, customers and potential tenants.

The successful candidate will have knowledge and understanding of the legal, financial and procurement frameworks. Knowledge of national policy, legislation, statutory obligations and current thinking on complex forms of procurement. Knowledge how building design can improve and support the creation of sustainable communities. Knowledge of regeneration projects, funding and procurement routes and record of delivery.

You will be a membership of the RICS, CIOB, CIBSE or similar professional body. You will have experience of managing, at an appropriate level, a capital delivery service within an inner city environment. Proven experience of leading and managing change, including cultural change, resulting in measurable service improvement. Experience of managing staff. Good oral and written communication skills. Experience of financial management, budget monitoring and control and a good working knowledge of IT systems, including MS Office, MS Project and dedicated Asset Management programs.
