Mackney photography studio is looking for a fabulous Marketing Executive that will be able to take our business to the next level.  This is an excellent opportunity to work within an exciting and creative Boutique portrait photography studio, which is a family business with a passion for it's work and amazing customer service.   Established in 2001, Mackney photography is an award winning boutique portrait studio specialising in people portraiture.   We require the ideal candidate to be efficient, well presented and to have proven track record of working within a marketing and sales environment (experience essential)

Your duties as a Marketing Executive will include:
* Contribution, development and maintenance of strategy and planning of all brand communications.
* Overseeing all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
* Managing the effective implementation of brand marketing communications.
* Implementing and monitoring social media activity to gain a wider audience and sales
* Helping to drive sales promotions across all channels.
* Implementing and monitoring design, print & POS activity.
 * Trialling and driving new initiatives, monitoring results and recommending appropriate roll out plans.
* Evaluating customer research, marketing conditions, competitor data and contributing to marketing plans.
 

The ideal Candidate will have the following skills and qualities:
* Experience working in a management / leadership role within marketing.
* Excellent organisational & communication skills.
* Demonstrable track record of successful strategic implementation of marketing strategies.
* Excellent IT skills to include using MS Package (Word, PowerPoint & Excel).
* Ability to utilise feedback as well as market knowledge to influence the organisational strategy.
* Ability to conceptualise marketing strategies and pilot new schemes to meet the business sales targets.

* Ability to approach and make contact for new corporate partnerships

Salary and Reward Package:
* Salary £25,000 to £35,000 depending on skills & experience.

* Bonuses / Commission available for new businesses brought in.
* 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
* Optional pensions scheme.

Working Pattern  · Candidate must be flexible to work weekdays and possibly weekends on a 40hour contract.  Own vehicle/ clean driving licence necessary.
