An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within a global consultancy firm as a .NET Developer Team Lead. You will be based in their prestigious Loughborough office leading a small team of developers.

Your new role

You'll be managing a small team to successfully deliver new software systems as well as supporting and enhancing existing software systems. You will be accountable for the technical delivery of projects, ensure consistent processes and toolsets for the best practice development and contribute to proposal business development.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to come from a technical background with experience using C#, .NET and SQL, it is also beneficial to have knowledge of Oracle, VC++ and Xamarin. You will need to have previous managerial experience or the willingness to do so. You must be self-motivated with a proactive approach.

What you'll get in return
