We are currently seeking the services of an Application Developer to work within a highly successful and growing organisation. The company is looking for the successful candidate work within both the business analysis and software development areas. This job requires someone with experience of C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL skills and web development with which to apply to business system application development and support across the whole of this organisation. It maybe that at present your main technical skills lie within databases (in particular reporting) or analysis and you would like to extend your skill set.

The successful candidate would be responsible for end to end delivery of application tasks and projects, from initial specification to deployment and user training. As well as the core coding elements, this role encompasses elements of business and systems analysis, user interface design, change & release management, documentation and training.

Working as part of a small team, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to participate and drive key work streams for the business and additionally, helping my client to develop and evolve their strategic web technology platform.
Successful candidates will also be passionate about working in an exciting team, adaptable to change and strive for continuous improvement. It is important that they have worked in a high-energy team previously and are comfortable when working with multiple stakeholders, wide ranging deliverable and tight deadlines.

Primarily located in Cambridge, this role will require occasional travel to other sites in the UK. In the future, occasional international travel may also be required.
