Job Description:
My client is a Supply Chain Finance Technology company, they urgently seek aCash Management and Operations Manager in order to successfully manage & scale its operations capability.The ideal candidate is highly motivated, requires minimal supervision, can multi-task various projects and initiatives, and work alongside and within cross functional teams.The position currently reports to Chief Financial Officer. Job requirements and skills:Manage and support all daily and cash management processes associated with the companies financial productsManage daily transactional reporting and ensure compliance with current reporting requirements, process and proceduresInvestigation and incident management, including query management and resolutionAccurate cash management and reconciliationDevelop knowledge of regulations impacting debt instruments & Bills of Exchange; & explore further understanding of compliance: FCA, MiFID, KYC/AMLSupport and review customer onboarding processesHave a broad understanding of financial systemsContinuous improvement and enhancement of existing processes and procedures to meet changes in legislation and regulationsProvide managerial support to other members of the teamAssist in any system testing as required to support system and operations development Essential experience5 years' experience of working within a financial services environment.Cash management experience, ideally with some knowledge of banking and payment processes and technologies.Experience of managing back office functions such as input processing, reconciliations and cash management, clearing, settlement, invoicing, payment and confirmations. Desirable experienceKnowledgeable of the following technologies:Accounting software experience: Aqilla, Intuit, Xero, SAP, Oracle, or similarBank Reconciliation: Adra, Bank Rec, Trintech or similarEducated to degree level or equivalent (Business, Accounting, IT or Mathematics)Business analysis or Financial Markets qualification/course attendance
