They are looking for highly motivated and driven Field Based Energy Sales Consultants to join their team.
They have a generous commission structure with a competitive earning potential to reward their employees.
They provide fully funded energy solutions to their domestic customers throughout the Yorkshire area. These measures include:
- Room in Roof Installation
- Cavity Wall Insulation - Random Stone Properties - Isothane
- Boilers
You'll be field based, generally working in and around your home post code and surrounding areas.
Due to the nature of these positions, they are looking for applicants who are able to work shift patterns to meet business needs. However, they understand the importance of appropriate work / life balance and as such, will work with you to establish appropriate shifts to meet your needs.
Full Training Will Be Provided.

Role Overview
You will report to one of their Field Based Team Managers.
It will be your responsibility to generate quality leads via face to face sales activities in a given postal area. Once qualified, you will pass all information in readiness for Survey / EPC through head office.
In turn they will provide you with the support, infrastructure and software required to meet your daily targets. They take pride in looking after their staff so that they can fulfill their job role to the best of their abilities.
Responsibilities & Skills Required
Key Responsibilities:
- To achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- To achieve the target conversion rates set.
- To ensure the target rejection/losses rate is not exceeded.
- To accurately complete all customer details & sales information to the required standard.
- To adhere to the sales compliance rules at all times - all sales are generated in line with their quality standards.
The Person:
- You will be required to provide proof of your eligibility to work within the UK.
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a Sales / Surveying capacity.
- Have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally to all customers.
- The ability to work as part of a team supporting colleagues where necessary.
- The ability to be self-motivated and focused on continually achieving and exceeding targets.
- A full driving license, with the rights to drive within the UK would be advantageous however not essential.
