We are seeking an experienced Office Liaison Administrator to join their team in Sheffield.
Salary: £16,848.00 p.a.
Hours will be 8 – 5 Monday to Friday.
Duties for the Office Liaison Administrator
To work in conjunction with the Logistics Department on all customer associated requirements with the following departments:
o Site Services
Including all personnel and activities associated with the services.
· To manage all account incoming calls, escalating anything that needs it to the Team Leader
· To provide general administrative and clerical support
· To prepare correspondence and documents
· To manage all account customer relationships
To manage all customer related paperwork and job requested documents, including all spreadsheets
Candidates must be the following:
· A thoughtful and hardworking self starter who is looking for an opportunity to develop and grow into a new role in a young and relaxed department
· A practical, ‘hands-on’ individual who is prepared to dedicate themselves to their customer accounts and take responsibility for every aspect of their role
· Proven at supporting clients and closing new business with existing clients
· Ability to multi task and meet deadlines
· Energetic and organised with the ability to plan ahead
· Strong organisational and logistics skills
· Excellent communication skills in English
· Strategically proficient
· Quick thinking, independent decision maker
· Customer service orientation
