Principal Regeneration Officers - Full Time

: Job Details Enfield is a truly diverse borough combining major regeneration opportunities, vibrant town centres and attractive parkland with inner city challenges. As one of London's largest regeneration opportunities, Meridian Water will deliver transformational change, creating approximately 10,000 new homes and 6,700 jobs. The Neighbourhood Regeneration Service is expanding, in recognition of the need to accelerate development and deliver significant projects that will create the conditions for major inward investment. There are currently two Housing Zones that are being developed which would provide more homes for residents of Enfield. Key features of the post will be to deliver the council's regeneration programme including project delivery, environmental and community based projects, physical development projects, project managing consultants, and engagement with the community as well as joint working with council officers, partners, landowners and developers. We have a growing multi-disciplinary team of regeneration officers and are particularly looking for staff with a regeneration background whether that be physical, social, economic or community focussed.
