You will be joining an established software business based in central Bristol; doing great things in healthcare software and looking to start shouting about what they do.

This is a new role; the first in their marketing team (you will be the marketing team) so as the only marketer within the business you will be able to forge a critical and varied role for yourself. Their philosophy is that marketers should spend their time making stuff that moves the dial. Stuff that prospects read and share. Stuff that the target audience loves.

Some experience in B2B marketing is a real plus. First and foremost, they are looking for an energetic person with great attention to detail with a hunger to be involved in tech marketing. A completer-finisher who's eager to learn more about digital and content marketing. This is an opportunity for the right person to write their own ticket. They are a small, tight-knit team that's going places.

You'll be riding some steep growth and learning curves, experimenting with new ideas all the time and hopefully taking them to new places!

Your role will involve:

- Developing and managing a positive online presence as well as producing internet & email marketing pieces
- Perhaps 30% telephone based research and lead generation campaigns
- Being responsible for all of the company's copy, branding and content for literature and stationary
- Overseeing internal communications, ensuring this is aligned with all external messages
- Producing targeted marketing campaigns; attending events and building client PR stories
- Managing partner and client events and networking activities
- Carrying out PR duties to promote a positive company image
- Working closely with the Management Team on strategy and market opportunities

You will be the ideal candidate due to your:

- Experience within a similar role within B2B software marketing
- Experience of creating and managing direct marketing and lead generation campaigns
- The ability to respond to changing requirements within a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding written communication skills with the ability to produce integrated internal and external communications
