Scheme Manager - Brunswick Village, Newcastle upon Tyne

Lifeways are currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Mental Health Scheme Manager to develop and manage a brand new 16-flat scheme service opening soon in Brunswick Village.

Lifeways are one of the UK’s leading providers of support services for people with mental health conditions.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Come from a Mental Health background
  • Possess excellent motivational and leadership skills
  • Have a proven track record in delivering Mental Health services within a supported living/housing environment
  • Have demonstrable management/supervisory experience
  • Hold a professional qualification, NVQ Level 5 or equivalent, or possess Level 4 (and be currently working towards Level 5)
  • Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and fulfil obligations
  • Be and effective communicator and have the ability to liaise effectively with a wide variety of influential stakeholders including local authority representatives
  • Possess excellent financial management and reporting skills
  • A commitment to providing a Person Centred Approach at all times

In return the successful candidate will benefit from:
