Scheme Manager - Brunswick Village, Newcastle upon Tyne
Lifeways are currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Mental Health Scheme Manager to develop and manage a brand new 16-flat scheme service opening soon in Brunswick Village.
Lifeways are one of the UK’s leading providers of support services for people with mental health conditions.
The ideal candidate will:
- Come from a Mental Health background
- Possess excellent motivational and leadership skills
- Have a proven track record in delivering Mental Health services within a supported living/housing environment
- Have demonstrable management/supervisory experience
- Hold a professional qualification, NVQ Level 5 or equivalent, or possess Level 4 (and be currently working towards Level 5)
- Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and fulfil obligations
- Be and effective communicator and have the ability to liaise effectively with a wide variety of influential stakeholders including local authority representatives
- Possess excellent financial management and reporting skills
- A commitment to providing a Person Centred Approach at all times
