This well renowned Company is looking to recruit a Senior Customer Service Advisor to assist the successful team in coping with an ever increasing demand of their services.

The role….

1) General duties as per what is required as a Senior Customer Service Advisor

2) Ensure a prompt and friendly approach to all customers in line with Company guidelines and manufacturer standards both at the reception and on the telephone.

3) Demonstrate a keen interest in the customer establishing an advisory, professional relationship and using your knowledge of the service operation, in order to book in their vehicle at a convenient time.

4) Take responsibility for customer queries and problems where appropriate, ensuring that all customer information and any other relevant information is accurately taken.
