Location: Swindon (SN1)

Salary: £20,475.00 per annum

Position: Full Time 37.5 hours per week over 5 days including alternate weekends (12 month fixed term contract).

If successful you will manage a team of paid and volunteer staff to ensure they receive ongoing support and training to assist you in providing an excellent customer experience. Together, you'll maintain a well merchandised shop that pushes the boundaries and goes above and beyond your customers' individual expectations.

Ideally you will need retail experience with the commercial awareness to deliver sales. You'll have a positive attitude and good judgement to do the right thing. A basic understanding of financial and IT admin is essential. Above all else you will have the ambition to succeed to ensure the Healthcare can continue delivering incredible care to all the people they support.

The store is located in the Brunel Centre, within the heart of Swindon's bustling streets. Their shop is a unique twist on the standard charity shop by bringing the large format, high street retail driven ideals to life. With a variety of departments, they stock furniture, with a selection of donated and brand new items; fashion for ladies, men and children; entertainment and vinyl; bric-a-brac; as well as a comprehensive selection of brand new goods including doll's houses and musical instruments.
