The successful candidate will be carrying out the following duties;
- Proactively investigate consumer complaints regarding financial services products.
- Ensure customers are correctly informed, directed accordingly and receive a response in a timely manner in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Update the system after every communication with customers.
