Peabody has an exciting opportunity for an Infrastructure CRM Analyst to join our team in London. The successful applicant will join us on a full time, fixed term contract basis and will receive a competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum.

In this exciting new role within the I.T. team you be responsible for the design and build of the organisation's Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments, including the tools and technologies required to proactively manage the CRM infrastructure (e.g. monitoring, alerting and performance reporting).

As part of the Infrastructure CRM Analyst team you will be dedicated to Peabody's transformation programme and act as a project and 3rd line support resource. This is a 12 month fixed-term contract opportunity.

Essential Knowledge/experience/skills required by the Infrastructure CRM Analyst

- Strong, multi-organisation experience of Microsoft Dynamics Infrastructure, ideally in service design and build functions

- A sound understanding and knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, IT service management and operations, change management and IT service improvement.

- In-depth technical knowledge and experience of CRM infrastructure technologies, to include the following which are currently standard within the organisation

- Microsoft Dynamics CRM

- Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)

- Microsoft Internet Facing Deployment (IFD)

- MS Active Directory

- MS Exchange

- Experience of working in a Citrix Virtual Desktop environment is beneficial but not essential.

- Dell Compellant SAN

- Veeam backup and replication

- HP Proliant server

- Citrix XenDesktop thin client

- MS SQL Server

- Citrix XenServer

- Windows Server

- VMWare vSphere

- Must have a passion for and a track record in implementing best practice in the field of IT infrastructure design and build

- Good understanding of project and program management planning

Professional qualifications required by the Infrastructure CRM Analyst

- Microsoft

- MCSA Solutions Associate

- MCSE Solutions Expert (preferred)

- ITIL v3 Foundation level certification
