Quality Care Cleaning has an exciting opportunity for a Site Cleaning Manager to join our team in the Cambridge area. We offer a salary £32,000 per annum plus £1000 per annum bonus based on the achievement of KPI and budgetary performance (bonus is paid quarterly).

We are a professional, commercial cleaning company with over 30 years’ experience, looking to employ a Site Cleaning Manager, on a full time, permanent basis. Our cleaning team is directly employed by us.

We require a professional, hands-on, customer-focused individual that shares our commitment to team work & high standards to effectively manage and promote the cleaning services at our client’s site in Hinxton. 

The Site Cleaning Manager duties and key responsibilities:

- Management of the cleaning team,

- Ensuring adherence to Company and health & safety policies and procedures

- Audit  of the service provision, ensuring high standards are maintained

- Day to day contact with the client representative. 

- Contributing to, then monitoring and managing site expenditure budgets.

- Generating and managing reports as required by management

Our ideal Site Cleaning Manager will have the below skills and experience:

- Experience of commercial cleaning, or similar service based industry with managerial / supervisory experience.  Have the ability to motivate staff plus provide ideas and information to improve & update current processes.  Good attention to detail and an ability to multi task.

- Efficient work scheduling skills with focus on maintaining standards and budgetary constraints. 

- Excellent written communication skills commensurate with normal business standards.

- The ability to effectively communicate at all levels, with good presentational skills.

- A self–driven, positive outlook and a clear understanding of high customer care standards.

- Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office; especially Excel and Word.

Working hours of our Site Cleaning Manager will be Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 4.30pm (To include a 30 min paid tea break and a 30 min unpaid lunch break).  Some flexibility in the working hours will be required.
