TSYS Managed Services has a unique opportunity available for a dynamic HR Generalist to join the team in Milton Keynes. This is a full time role initially for a 12 month FTC offering a salary of circa £32,000 DOE plus excellent benefits.
TSYS Managed Services EMEA offer the financial industry a bespoke outsourcing package, while providing a comprehensive customer support centre. Departments in TSYS Managed Services include customer service, sales, fraud detection, disputes and chargeback and credit collection.

What’s the HR Generalist role all about?
We are looking for a strong HR professional to support a demanding client group . You will be the HR expert for your client group ensuring that your business area operates efficiently whilst adhering to all regulations covering employment practices. Our HR Generalist will also play a key part in team manager coaching and dispute resolution. This is a very visible role and you will be responsible for a broad range of HR operational activities and business priorities which will constantly need to be juggled. You will be able to think on your feet and be professional and commercially aware to ensure you provide an effective service that contributes to the overall success of the operation, as well as being an integral part of the HR Team.
What we’re looking for:
· Strong understanding and experience in the following areas: compensation and benefits, employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, professional development and execution of
policies and projects
· Experience of working within a very fast paced and operational environment
· Advanced communication and analytical skills with good commercial acumen.
· Strong judgment, organisation and decision-making skills.
· Possesses the ability to be team oriented and collaborative, yet can provide individual contributor value as well
- Ability to interact with and influence all levels of people with a good degree of resilience and a positive outlook
- Previous experience of an HRIS system and excel knowledge
