Due to continuing business success and growth we now have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Quality/Analysis Operative to join our team in Corby.

What will I be responsible for?

Joining our team as a Quality / Analysis Operative, you will carry out sampling analysis on incoming & outgoing material in accordance with the MRF Code of practice. You will also take responsibility for:

• Carrying out visual checks on the production line, monitoring the quality being produced and liaising with other members on the team as to which product needs sampling for quality.
• Ensuring the correct amount of Sampling and analysis is carried out in accordance with the current MRF Code of Practice and report all findings to the Production Manager.
• Monthly KPI’s and reports to be produced and the level of sampling to be monitored.
• Ensure that Bales that are ready for despatch are quality checked, tagged and signed. Carry out bale sampling as and when required and moisture tests on outgoing Fibre loads.
• Other duties to be carried out is the cleaning of Offices and Welfare facilities.
• Keeping the site tidy, free from debris and compliant.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Quality / Analysis Operative who can demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Attention to detail and tenacity
• Knowledge of sampling, analysis and waste types
• Knowledge of health and safety systems and regulation
• Good IT skills
• Previous experience in a similar role either in a waste management
