Our client has an exciting opportunity for a customer focused Area Team Leader to develop and lead a team of Field Collection Agents who issue cash loans to customers on manageable weekly repayment plans.

This role will suit an individual with excellent people skills, and a natural ability to build relationships, with experience of leading others and dealing with customers face to face. Experience in the home collected credit sector in either field or sales would be advantageous but not essential as we will provide you with full training.

A full, UK driving licence is necessary for this role.
