Interim Head of Training/Learning - engineering
I am looking for an interim Head of Training who has worked extensively within the engineering/utilities sector with a proven track record of delivering training to meet compliance and regulatory demands as well as soft skills and continuous development.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing a learning and development strategy to achieve high performance and compliance throughout the organisation. You will conduct the training needs analysis across a mobile workforce to determine the most effective training solutions from soft skills to the induction process.
There is also the opportunity to design and deliver career pathways and the overall talent management plans/process
My client is looking for someone with a strong training and learning background within the engineering and/or utilities sector where you have worked with engineers.
This is a 6 month contract, starting immediately.
