Store Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and motivated retail professional to join our business as Store Manager of our Company owned Bargain Booze store in Manchester, Greater Manchester. In return we offer a competitive salary of £15,000 - £16,700 per annum + benefits which includes bonus opportunities, pension scheme and access to our award winning share incentive scheme.

As Store Manager you will lead your store team in ensuring the best possible customer experience whilst maximising profit and ensuring compliance in all legislative areas. With close links to our head office teams, when you become our Store Manager you will have excellent communication skills, be able to adapt to new innovations and ways or working and take pride in being the ambassador for the Bargain Booze standards of practice.

Our ideal Store Manager will have a passion for first class Store Standards, excellent Customer Service and experience in managing a retail / off licence store team. You will be target driven and will be able to lead your team with minimal supervision, constantly looking for ways to drive sales and ensure a fantastic customer experience.
