A Home-based role, ideally in the North West

Starting salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications; a company vehicle will be provided to the successful candidate

The role is full-time, however they are willing to consider flexible working/hours.

This company provides Trailblazers, (Modern) Apprenticeships, Short Course and CPD to its members and the wider industry. They are committed to supporting their Trade Association members in the upcoming Apprenticeship Levy and in the development of Trailblazers to ensure recruitment and a competent workforce for their sector for the future.

You will ensure the successful delivery of the Apprenticeships on a daily basis through the successful recruitment of apprentices into work placements with host employers. This will involve the recruitment, organisation and monitoring of the Training and Development of apprentices into the relevant Apprenticeship Scheme(s) to maximise the number of successfully completed apprenticeship frameworks and Full-Time employment outcomes as identified in the regional delivery plan.

Key Duties:
- To ensure that the company recruits agreed numbers of apprentice starts each year
- To support apprentices, employers and colleges to ensure each apprentice achieves their programme
- To ensure standards are met and improved in terms of quality of processes and administration in line with contractual and audit requirements.
- To promote the presence of the company and its products in the designated geographical area. To encourage companies to become members and / or participate in company products in addition to apprenticeships.

Qualification, Knowledge & Experience:
- Recognised Health & Safety Qualification i.e. NVQ/SVQ III in Occupational Health & Safety, SMSTS or NEBOSH in line with contractual requirements.
o If not yet in possession of this qualification, training will be provided and it is mandatory that this is attained during the initial six months of employment

General Skills & Abilities:
- Presentation skills and experience in delivering briefing sessions.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence, challenge and to manage conflict and difficult situations.
- Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to work to deadlines
- MS office skills i.e. Word, Internet, Excel and Email.

Personal Attributes:
- Full UK driving licence
- Willing to travel large distances to meet the role requirements
- Willing & able to work non-standard hours as and when necessary
- Must be a team player who effectively contributes to team success and is able to work collaboratively and independently.
- Ability to work under pressure
