Our client, a busy Brasserie style restaurant, is currently recruiting for a Head Chef to join their existing team.
The position is on a full-time basis which consists of split shifts Tuesday to Saturday, approx 40-45 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will have the relevant Food & Hygiene certificates Level 2+ and experience working with fresh fish and meat.
You must also have good experience working on the grill, good knowledge of sauces and soups. The successful candidate must be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team whilst leading by example.
Please note, our client is open to new ideas to be brought into the menus.
