Here at Bidvest Foodservices we’re looking for a Quality and Product Information Executive to work within our Technical Services department where we ensure the quality maintenance of all Own Brand products. So if you’re an experienced data executive who is process driven and have a keen eye for detail then please read on!
As our Quality & Product Information Executive your key responsibilities will include:
• Providing administrative support to manage the Quality Control Systems
• Ensuring our sales team and customers have product information they can rely on
• Administering the tracking of the certification collection process
• Ensuring our suppliers have the tools required to complete product information requirements
• Carrying out data collection and tracking projects
• Creating and maintaining customer and third party reports
So, who are we looking for to be our Quality & Product Information Executive??
We’re looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, the ability to interpret complex data and information and strong IT skills to include advanced Excel skills. You will need to be a team player who takes a hands on, dedicated approach with the ability to work to set timescales within a busy environment. It is key that as our Quality and Product Information Executive you have fantastic communication skills both face to face and on the telephone, whilst also being a punctual and reliable individual.
