Salary: Up to £36K Dependant on Experience

Quality Supervisor (QHSE) role:

To co-ordinate compliance aspects of legislative, certification and customers’ requirements.

To record and communicate Quality parameters of Incoming Materials & Outgoing Product;

Collation of data, recording and monitoring plant efficiency of the MRF Plant.

QUALITY SUPERVISOR PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Data Collation and analysis.
• Record and communicate Quality of Material In and Product Out.
• Record and monitor plant efficiencies.
• To monitor compliance with Health & Safety legislation and site Health & Safety rules.
• To monitor compliance with Environmental legislation and site Environmental rules.
• To assist the MRF Manager and Production Manager as required.
• You must remain aware at all times of your responsibilities for your own Health and Safety and for that of others who may be affected by the operations under your control. You must ensure that the correct PPE is worn at all times.
• You must adhere to all Company Policies & Procedures (including but not limited to) those specified in the Employment Handbook, H&S Policy, EMS System and IMS System.
• Apart from the duties summarised in your Role Profile, the company reserve the right to include other reasonable duties which are part of, and incidental to, this type of work.

Quality Supervisor (QHSE) KEY JOB ELEMENTS:

• To carry out quality assurance and ensure the quality of products from the facility
• Incoming Material Checks
• Sorted Material Checks
• Ensure Health & Safety & Management systems are in place
• Develop and assist implementation of H&S risk Assessments and Safe Operating Procedures.

Quality Supervisor (QHSE) Essentials:

• Knowledge of Quality Management and Control principles
• An awareness of Health and Safety in the workplace.
• Certificate in Quality Assurance
• Nebosh or Equivalent H&S Qualification.
• Experience of working in recycling industry.
• Experience of managing Customers & subcontractors.
• Track record of Quality Control & developing KPI`s
