Our client is the UK’s leading feline welfare charity. They help around 205,000 cats and kittens through their network of over 250 volunteer-run branches and 31 adoption centres and homing centres, and their expanding network of retail shops and satellite centres.

They have an excellent opportunity for someone based in the South West to join their HR team, and if you can offer them a mix of Employee Relations expertise, excellent skills in relationship building, and a belief in their values, you may be the person they would like to welcome to their team.

Flexible and adaptable, you will be a strong communicator, highly motivated, and be used to working across a region. CIPD qualified, you will have a proven background of start to finish employee relations case work and experience of providing day-to-day HR support to line managers and employees in a large, multi-site and multi-functional organisation.

Working with the HR Business Partner for the South, you will have an excellent working knowledge and application of employment legislation and best practice, along with previous experience of providing advice and coaching on HR issues to all levels of management on all aspects of HR policy, employee relations and legal issues.
