Financial Accountant/ACCA/VAT/Birmingham - 35K

Financial Accountant who is ACCA qualified and has experience of working with external auditors, balance sheet items and VAT opinions is required by a leading law firm based in Birmingham.

The main criteria of the role are:

• Responsible for the accounts reporting using Excel and the analysis, presentation and preparation of the company balance sheet
• Lead the cash forecasting models and cash flow analysis
• Prepare final audits and be the expert in accounting and financial regulations, including best practice.

So you must have a very good financial accounting background and be able to ensure that accounting transactions and accounts preparation are in accordance with UK accounting regulations. Therefore, being ACCA qualified, along with the relevant experience is a must. If you have worked for a legal firm or an external auditor, then this would be a bonus

This legal firm is one of the largest in the UK and offer a great working environment. They engage in all their employees, invest heavily in training and career development. You will join a good sized finance team and work on some very exciting projects.

They are looking to pay a starting salary of between GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 + Benefits.
