Exams Officer and Education Administration
Swalcliffe Park School provides specialist education and care for up to 55 secondary aged boys (11-19 years olds) all of whom have a diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC)
We are seeking to appoint an Examinations Office And Education Administrator to join our education team
The primary focus of the role is to be responsible for the effective administration, organisation and management of all internal and external examinations. In addition to managing examinations, the role involves a range of day-to-day administrative duties in support of the education department.
The role will include working alongside students in preparation for their exams.
The role is offered as a full-time, permanent contract, however a pro rata option may be available by negotiation.
The successful candidate will be a highly organised individual with a good standard of IT and administration skills and experience.
You will have the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Experience of examinations admin work within an educational setting is highly desirable.
Benefits include:
NJC scale 25-30 (GBP22,434 - GBP26,556) depending on qualification and experience
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
NEST Pension
Closing date: Monday 31 st October 2016
