All of their dishes are skilfully prepared using the freshest seasonal ingredients available.The PersonTo be successful for this Chef role you must have previous experience as a Chef within a similar establishment and hold a minimum of a Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Professional Cookery - Food Preparation and Cooking).
