Our client have been a global leader in the manufacture, distribution and sale of coatings and related products for nearly 150 years. Their Company has not only grown to be the largest producer of paints and coatings in the United States, but is among the largest producers in the world.
They are currently looking to recruit a Regional Finance Analyst for their Head Quarters in Manchester, to be accountable for assisting the Regional Controller in a broad range of financial duties, including evaluating monthly financial results, planning and forecasting.
Challenging existing accounting procedures to achieve maximum productivity, you will perform monthly financial statements, coordinate annual regional operating plan meetings and month end close meetings, whilst assisting in the monthly forecasting process across all sites,
Liaising between sites for financial reporting and account mapping, you will analyse inventory quality reporting, identifying opportunities for working capital improvements, coupled with collecting and reporting on capital spending across all sites. You will be required to work between different time zones and cultures and will cover the UK, Italy, Sweden, Germany and Poland.
With proven experience in a Multi-National Company, you will be educated to degree level or equivalent and will hold a Professional Accounting Qualification. You will effectively manage time, tasks and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently and goals are achieved and will clearly convey information to the Team.
This role will cover a Geographical Region supporting the UK, Italy, Sweden, German and Poland and this role will require 1 week on average, per month spent away from home.
