This provider of creative events has been established for over 14 years and also has a sister company in Stuttgart Germany. The Role:

A fantastic opportunity has become available to appoint a new Event Executive at their events. This role would be based at the main office in Bradford, West Yorkshire. You will be part of a fast paced and dynamic events team who are engaged in delivering wide variety corporate events to all their existing and new clients. The role focuses on managing client events both from a sale and operation aspect. The candidate will ideally come from an events background with experience of sales and operation work. You will need to work as part of a team but enjoy the backing and rewards of being part of a growing company.

The Role will include:

- Liaising with new and old clients from a sales and operation aspect
- Selling to clients all package types and products that they offer
- Meeting Sales Goals and organizing sales initiatives
- Managing Staff
- Promoting marketing strategy's at the company
- Identifying opportunities to up sell company products
- Implement and maintain high operational standards
- Oversee Event Proposals both in document form and on the Company website
- Creating and developing current and new events
- Attending and managing events (This can be during the week, Evening and Weekends)

Essential Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years experience of Events organisation. This is an essential requirement to apply for the job!
- Proactive & enthusiastic person with the ability to work independently
- Evidence of meeting operational and Sales targets
- Ability to manage and train up part time staff
- Strong & professional telephone manner
- A team player with the ability to lead on multiple projects
- Excellent organisational skills
- Self-starter attitude
- Ability to effectively manage own time
- IT skills, ability to work effectively using internal systems especially MS Office

The Package:

Basic Salary: Between £16 -22k Dependent on experience. (**OTE between £5K to £10k per annum)
** Based on current average OTE
