We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer' to join our already talented existing team. As a Lead Software Engineer you will provide Technical Leadership to a team of Software Engineers along with providing oversight to the products they develop.

Essential Skills and Experiences for Lead Software Engineer:
You will be a skilled practitioner and role model in software craftsmanship
Responsible for defining and assuring best practices are adhered to across the team and guiding the team on how to deliver a quality product.
With a focus on performance, availability and quality you will be accountable for the code the team produces assuring the highest standards
At least one year's industry experience

Requirements for the Lead Software Engineer role:
Extensive development experience in open source technologies such as JavaScript, Angular JS, JSON and C#
Ability to lead Software Engineers in test driven and behavioural driven, Object Orientated, development using Git-based code management and deployment in an Agile environment
Experience of MySQL and no-SQL database, such as MongoDB
Experience of cloud-based hosting environments such as Private clouds or AWS
Familiarity with Linux PHP environments
