Telesales Advisors (Delayed Flights)

We have an exciting opportunity to join a telesales team based in Manchester City Centre. As a Telesales Advisor you’ll be cold calling the general public completing the initial fact finding for delayed flight claims, so you’ll need to have a professional and confident telephone manner with previous experience of outbound calling.

Essential Skills Required
- 4 GCSE passes (or equivalent) including English Language and Mathematics

Earning Potential – Telesales Advisor
£16,000 - £18,000 depending on experience
Basic OTE £30,000 uncapped and achievable!
Working Hours
Rotational shifts, Monday to Thursday 10am to 7pm and 11am to 8pm, Friday 9am to 4pm
