Hygiene Operatives

We are continuously recruiting for determined, hardworking individuals to work as Hygiene Operatives at our client’s busy poultry site in Sandycroft.

Working on a busy, fast paced production line, the main duties of the role will include processing and packing poultry, you will be an invaluable member of the team.

Experience is not essential as full training will be provided. All we ask for is a good work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to work well as part of a team. Good communication skills are necessary.

Applicants will need to have a flexible approach to working hours as we operate on a 2 week shift rotation:

• Week 1. Sunday to Thursday from 5.30am - 1.30pm
• Week 2. Monday - Thursday from 1.50pm - 9.50pm and Friday from 8.50am - 4.50pm.

The rate of pay is £6.70 (under 25yrs) and £7.20 (over 25 years) per hour, rising to £7.34 per hour after 12 weeks of employment.

As well as the above our client will offer a subsidised canteen so you can indulge at breakfast, lunch and dinner. In addition, you will have access to free car parking, the staff shop.

The site is accessible by the local bus route.

Immediate starts available for suitable applicants. Full time and part time hours available - we are flexible and will try and work around your availability. These are 'on going’ positions. You may also have the opportunity to apply for a permanent position with our client after 3 months of service.
