SUMMARY
As a result of our continued success we are currently looking to attract an additional Recruitment Resourcer to join our expanding team. This is an excellent career move for a driven and motivated individual who wants to be in control of their career progression and earnings.

As a Resourcer within our specialised recruitment team you will primarily be tasked with sourcing potential candidates to work for the multitude of clients we work with across the world.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
*Our ideal applicant will be motivated,driven and passionate about developing their career.
*Preferably educated to degree level and capable of being professional at all times acting as a Modis brand ambassador.
*Excellent communication skills both verbally and written are essential.
*Training will provided and your performance will also be rewarded with a commission scheme.
RESPONSIBILITIES
*Draft and posting of job advertisements on various job boards.
*Short-listing and screening applicants for suitability and developing our existing database.
*Pro-actively searching for talented individuals that could be a good fit for our clients.
*Carry out initial telephone screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
*Carry out full de-briefs throughout the interview process.
*Work closely with the management team to ensure you have a thorough understanding of the business and their potential recruitment needs.
*Set up applicants with relevant psychometric assessments.
