Chef de Partie Chichester West Sussex Up to 20k Plus Tips and Live in
Chef de Partie needed for this Stunning 2AA Rosette hotel which is set in Amazing landscape gardens and near to the South Downs. We are looking for a Chef de Partie who works as a team player and who can work well under pressure. The brigade consists of 6 Chefs who are all very passionate about producing their award winning menus, all under the guidance of a passionate and enthusiastic Head Chef.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie with previous experience and a stable two or three years background in a 2 or 3 rosette hotel or restaurant. As Chef de Partie you will be able to run our section and teach junior members of staff.
This role would suit a Chef de Partie looking for his or her next positive career move.
