Position: Electronics & Embedded Software Engineer
Location: Gateshead, Tyneside
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 (Dependent on Experience)

The Company:
Our client is an established Satellite System Integrator with a turnover in excess of £10M a year, and a client base that includes many major corporations within the satellite industry.
They have recently secured multiple large international projects and want to take on new personnel to meet growing demand.
The Electronics & Embedded Software Engineer Role:
Based on the Team Valley Trading Estate, they have an immediate vacancy for an Electronics & Embedded Software Engineer to become a key member of the engineering team.
They are looking for someone who has a BEng Hons in Electronics – or similar degree (2:1 or better), with full knowledge of embedded software/programming, microprocessors and electronics
Key Responsibilities of the Electronics & Embedded Software Engineer:
The primary role would involve the design and support of bespoke products, which will include:
They are interested in people with 10+ years’ experience in the industry and who have extensive practical skills.
You should also be able to work in an R&D environment as well as support project based work.
This Electronics & Embedded Software Engineer role would be primarily Newcastle based, but will also involve overseas travel to perform system integration and testing.
Experience & Skills Required:
In order to be successful in this role, the Electronics & Embedded Software Engineer should have a high degree of proficiency in the following:

The successful candidate should have a driving license and willingness to travel both in country and abroad.

- ARM programming
