Quality Specialist

The Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education is to safeguard standards and improve the quality of UK higher education wherever it is delivered around the world.

We are looking for a Quality Specialist to lead and support engagement and quality assurance activity across QAA.

You will work closely with our Reviewers, managing their involvement in engagement and assurance activities and ensuring they are fully apprised of their role and responsibility. You will also act as a first point of contact and maintain this relationship with providers.

The role requires an awareness of the content, role and practical application of the baseline regulatory requirements for quality in UK higher education. Strong organisation skills and communication skills along with the ability to making sound judgements is essential.

This role is based in our Cardiff or Gloucester office and will involve travel throughout the UK.
