Introduction
Our client is currently looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual to join their team of IT engineers and technicians. The role will be based in Liverpool, working in SME and education sectors. Any applicant should be able to show an aptitude for resolving technical issues and a real love of technology.
Main Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide first line support to customers for hardware, software, audio visual, print and telephony services.
- To install and setup software applications.
- Help maintain paperwork and documentation for installations.
- Maintain stock levels of accessories and consumables.
- Proactively monitor ICT systems and provide reports and advice on issues and developments.
- To undertake any other duties as may reasonably be requested.
Personal Characteristics

- Good IT skills.
- Good understanding of software and hardware.
- Professional manner.
Qualifications required
Ideally a minimum 4 GCSE's C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents).
Salary
£14,000 to £16,000 depending on experience
