An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join our client's growing Blinds & Soft Furnishing Department.

They are the UK's leading specialist manufacturer of bespoke, premium, aluminium Doors, Windows and electronic roller Blinds. Established in 2002, they have grown rapidly, and now operate globally as well as a manufacturing facility in North America.

The Administrator will be responsible for providing general admin support to the department including coordinating orders of all blinds, stock control and customer support.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support for technical queries and follow up
• Stock Control- work with production to maintain levels and communicate with procurement
• Check and manage work sheets
• Provide advice on technical areas such as systems and motors
• Diary Management
• Provide customer support for queries and follow up
• Carry out calculations and analysis
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in accordance with Company standards
• General administration for the department
• Carry out other duties as directed by the Blinds Project Manager

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have excellent communication skills
• Have strong problem solving abilities
• Have excellent organisation and time management skills
• Be IT literate- good working knowledge of Excel including creating Pivot tables, filter functions and creating formulae
• Take pride in work
• Be a quick learner
• Be accurate with good attention to detail

Additional Requirements:

• Previous administration experience, ideally with knowledge of blinds and the manufacturing industry

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 + Benefits
