The Company:

Main Duties:
To resolve technical support queries whilst offering outstanding customer service

The Role:
To maintain and build relationships with clients
To report to the Support Manager
To analyse and receive incoming support inquiries
To liaise with different internal departments
To input support queries on Marketing Database
To set up new customers, new datas, etc.

The Candidate:
Fluent in English + French (Written & spoken)
Experience in Customer Service within a technical environment
Analytical
Attention to detail
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Confident, proactive & dynamic
Computer literate (excel / outlook…)
