Junior Sous Chef required for this superb Michelin Star Awarded Small Luxury Country Hotel to help maintain standards, develop ideas and push the property forward and gain more awards.
As Junior Sous Chef you will need good all-round experience in every section, ideally with previous Michelin Background, but somebody from a strong rosette background looking to improve would be considered.
If you can demonstrate a natural flair for cooking, ideally with strengths in Larder, Pastry and Sauce are enthusiastic and keen to help lead the team and maintain and improve standards, call me today.
As Junior Sous Chef you will be expected to complete daily prep lists and supervise Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs and where possible assist with their training and development.
