CPM are recruiting for a field Service Agents on behalf of our client CHEP

The purpose of the role involves visiting nominated sites and ensuring that the locations are fully aware of the correct processes for returning CHEP pallets.

Job role and Objectives

Visiting nominated sites provided in a monthly call file (warehouses, stores, outlets, supermarkets - anywhere than receives goods on pallets)

Call file to be provided by the client - number of calls TBC on monthly basis

  • Ensure all contact and location details are correct
  • Make sure that the contact knows the correct processes for returning CHEP pallets
  • Leave relevant materials at the location (CHEP Golden Rules, Helpline numbers)
  • Arrange the collection of any empty pallets at the time of the visit
  • Educate the contact about misuse of pallets
  • Overcome objections to gain access to the location
  • Report results electronically, either via a Tablet or website
  • Wear protective clothing as supplied by the company.

Skills/Competencies

  • 100% coverage of calls during the activity cycle days
  • 100% of appointments to be made by the date specified on the briefing document
  • Web report data daily
  • Maintain regular communication with Team Manager and inform them of any issues
  • Phone the CHEP helpline if you are unable to gain access to complete any visits for any reason

VARIOUS HOURS/DAYS AS REQUIRED BASED UPON VISITING 10-12 OUTLETS PER DAY

Remuneration:

GBP65.00 per day based upon visiting 10-12 stores per day

28p per mile
