This care services provider provides support to adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour in small Supported living services.
They currently have vacancies for;
Support Workers - Brighton and Hove
Full & Part Time Contracts
Salary range from £14,300 - £18,300 basic (FTE)
You will work as part of a dynamic team, on a shift basis including weekends and some sleep-in duties.
They support individuals with varying levels of learning disability from Mild to Severe. Many of the individuals they support, alongside their learning disability present with challenging behaviour. Currently all services provide support on a 24 hour basis.
Through individuals Support Plans they tailor support to meet their needs in areas such as:
- Personal Care
- Emotional & Psychological Support
- Communication
- Daily Living Skills and developing independence
- Educational, Occupational and Leisure Activities
- Active Support
- Health and Fitness
- Employment and Housing Options
A full and varied training programme is provided - experience preferred but not essential for support worker roles.
