Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst required by my client, a leading Bank based in Reading

This is a challenging and hands on' position for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to work across the bank and take full ownership of assigned projects. My client is looking for a strong Senior Business analyst who is not only able to hit the ground running, but have proven experience in dealing with senior stake holders and leading teams of Business Analysts.

To be considered for the position, applicant must have the following experience:
Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst
Team lead experience
PMI & ISEB certification (Desirable)
Data analysis, data migration and data mapping skills
Exposure within the Financial Services (advantageous)
Excellent stakeholder management skills

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with one of the countries most respected and enterprising Banks, working across a high profile programme. You will leverage your skills in data extraction and data mining, reporting back to stakeholders at a senior level.

It must be stressed that only Senior Business Analysts with proven experience in leading a team will be considered for this opportunity. Certifications in PMI & ISEB coupled with Financial Services experience is highly advantageous. This is a permanent role based in Reading, paying up to 55K base + Bonus + strong benefits package.
