Employment Support Specialist - Part Time position (22.5 hours p/w).
Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 (FTE) dependant on experience.
Location: Nottingham City and Counties
Contract: 12 months fixed term contract.
The Fit For Work Team is seeking to appoint an Employment Support Specialist to join our Nottingham team.
The Fit For Work Team is a leading organisation in providing health and social support for both employed and unemployed individuals using a bio-psychosocial approach. We have an exciting and unique opportunity to join our organisation as an Employment Support Specialist. As a dynamic, enthusiastic and capable individual who is passionate about health, work and wellbeing, your role will involve working within the Nottingham area to identify suitable and sustainable work opportunities for a range of clients and to directly support these clients in to appropriate and good work following an IPS model.
Drawing on your experience you will have responsibility for the management of your own client case load and will be working to project specific targets. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, including Vocational Rehabilitation Case Managers and a Clinical Team, you will be confident and have a track record in making community and business links, be a good verbal and written communicator, and have proven skills in IT and client management systems. The successful candidate will be a highly self-motivated individual with a determined attitude, capable of working under their own initiative and primarily out of the office in this challenging but rewarding role.
