Vocational Rehabilitation Case Manager - Full and Part Time positions available.
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 (FTE) dependant on experience.
Location: Leicester and Nottingham City and Counties
Contract: 12 months fixed term contract.
The Fit For Work Team is seeking to appoint a Vocational Rehabilitation Case Manager to join our Leicester and Nottingham based teams.
The Fit For Work Team is a leading organisation in providing health and social support for both employed and unemployed individuals using a bio-psychosocial approach. We have an exciting and unique opportunity to join our organisation as a Vocational Rehabilitation Case Manager. As a dynamic, enthusiastic and capable individual who is passionate about health, work and wellbeing, your role will involve delivery of case management services.
Drawing on your experience you will have responsibility for the management of your own client case load, enabling clients with health conditions access appropriate support in order to assist with a smooth transition to work-readiness or back to work after a period of illness. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team including Employment Support Specialists and a Clinical Team you will be a good verbal and written communicator, and have proven skills in IT and client management systems. The successful candidate will be a highly self-motivated individual with a determined attitude, capable of working under their own initiative in this challenging but rewarding role.
