ABOUT THE BENEFITS Annual profit share/management bonus Staff Reward Scheme Free use of leisure facilities Discounted Center Parcs breaks 20% discount in restaurant and retail outlets ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for outgoing and enthusiastic individuals to run a range of Center Parcs family activities, there are approximately 150 activities for our guests to choose from. Successful candidates will:- Ensure the smooth running of activities, including set up and delivery and creating memories that last a lifetime Have a naturally outgoing personality and work as part of a team to deliver interesting, entertaining and challenging activities whilst providing a high standard of guest care and childcare within a safe environment Ensure that our activities are as immersive as possible, certain sessions will involve wearing a costume! The age ranges of the guests you will be delivering our activities to range from 12months to Adults. HOURS OF WORK We have the following contracts available, which are worked on a flexible basis: 30 hours per 4 week period - working weekends only, 1x 8 hour shift between 7.30am-9.00pm 60 hours per period - working 2 x 8 hour shifts per week between 7.30am - 9.00pm, mainly mid-week with occasional weekends. ABOUT YOU Essential requirements: Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with both adults and children Excellent customer care skills Desirable requirements: Previous experience working in a guest facing environment Activity leadership Certificate or equivalent The ability to teach method and practices. Previous work with Children. Previous Character work Previous acting experience Closing date: 1 November 2016 at midday Interviews will be held on 2 November 2016 5-7pm
