Regional Development & Training Manager, 30/35k "Pub sector" Job Title: Regional Development & Training ManagerLocation: East AngliaSalary Package 30,000 - 35,000 + Car, Bonus and Benefits TO apply for this role, you MUST have some Development & Training experience at a Management level, within a hospitality background, pubs is a bonusA bit about the company Strong brand with a traditional English feel about the companyVibrant culture and training-oriented goalsDedicated to training and development of employees at all levels The Training and Development Manager Role: Development and Training Manager shall be responsible for the successful launch of pub investments, and new opening and the delivery of Training.Working alongside the General Manager and the management teamsAccountable for the investment and pub launch, project managing the process, providing advice and delivering hands-on supportEnsuring a solid start for the pub business.Developing systems to assist in the training and development of managers and front line employees within the company - ensuring that the 'talent' is nurtured and taken care ofResponsibility for internal communication throughout the groupLiaising with internal and external training operators, a large part of the role will involve looking at learning and development within the business The Training and Development, right person: Fun, friendly and outgoing!
